With a passion for dessert, Happiness is Sweet always strives to provide the highest quality baked goods for all of life's celebrations. As the owner and baker, Lauren's love of the pastry arts shines through in her work. After studying French Food and Pastry in Paris, and graduating from Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts in 2014, Lauren went on to work in the cake and pastry world as an intern for Leslieville's prestigious Bobbette and Belle. Following the amazing internship, Lauren found herself as the baker for AG Macarons. All of these experiences led to the formation of Happiness is Sweet; named for it's many interpretations. Happiness is what you make it, but it's always sweet.
